Serves your Uberall store finder's pages with their stores already on them, so search engines and AI assistants can find each store.

== Description ==

Search engines and AI assistants often cannot see a store finder: when they visit the page, the stores are not on it yet. They only appear later, on the visitor's screen.

With this plugin, every store finder page arrives with its stores already on it: names, addresses and opening hours, with the page title, description and address search engines expect for each store. Your visitors see the same store finder as before.

If Uberall cannot answer in time, the page is served exactly as it would be without the plugin, and the store finder loads on the visitor's screen as usual.

== External services ==

This plugin connects to Uberall's render service to get each store finder page with its stores on it.

It sends, on every visit to a store finder page that is not already in your page cache: the locator key, language, countries and withoutmap from the shortcode, the store finder page's address, the address the visitor opened, and your render token. It sends no cookies, no visitor login and nothing that identifies the visitor.

The page also loads Uberall's store finder script (https://locator.uberall.com), as the store finder snippet already did before the plugin.

The service is provided by Uberall: [Terms](https://uberall.com/en-us/na-terms), [Privacy Notice](https://uberall.com/en-us/privacy-notice).

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin in Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and activate it.
2. Add your render token, from Uberall, in Settings, Uberall Store Finder. Or, to keep it out of the database, define it in `wp-config.php` instead: `define( 'UBERALL_RENDER_TOKEN', 'YOUR_RENDER_TOKEN' );`. One of the two is enough.
3. On your store finder page, replace the store finder snippet with `[uberall_store_finder key="YOUR_LOCATOR_KEY"]`, with your locator key. If your snippet has `data-language`, `data-countries` or `data-widgetoriginurl`, add each to the shortcode without `data-` (`language`, `countries`, `widgetoriginurl`), with the same value. If your snippet loads `storeFinderWidget-v2-withoutMap.js`, add `withoutmap="true"`.
4. Use any permalink structure other than Plain.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= How do I check that it works? =

Open your store finder, choose View page source in the browser, and search for `__ubSfSsr`.

= Does it work with page caches? =

Yes. A page with its stores is cached like any other page. A page without them is never cached, so the next visit tries again.

== Changelog ==

= 0.2.0 =
* `withoutmap="true"` shows the store finder without the map.

= 0.1.0 =
* First version.
